ELMSFORD, N.Y. (September 2, 2009) – Mike Caporale, head professional at North Hills Country Club in Manhasset, NY, shot a 6-under par 64 to take the first-round lead at the 13th MGA Senior Open Championship presented by Canon at The Woodmere Club in Woodmere, N.Y.

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (August 27, 2009) – Adding his name to a trophy that is already engraved with the likes of Walter Hagen, Gene Sarazen and Byron Nelson, 23-year-old Andrew Giuliani won the 94th Met Open Championship at Ridgewood Country Club for his first victory as a professional.
ELMSFORD, N.Y. (August 24, 2009) – The First Tee of Metropolitan New York defeated the First Tee of Massachusetts by a score of 1,282 to 1,155.5 on August 24 to win the Barclays Tri-Match at Plainfield Country Club in Edison, N.J. The First Tee of Ireland finished third with a score of 871.5.
ELMSFORD, N.Y. (August 24, 2009) — A group of about 85 students representing The Fist Tee of Metropolitan New York, the Pioneer Junior Golf Tour and Total Golf Adventures participated in an MGA/MetLife Junior Clinic on Monday, August 24 at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, N.J.
