ELMSFORD, N.Y. (September 13, 2011) - As the third leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs kicks off this week with the BMW Championship just outside of Chicago, Johnson Wagner and Keegan Bradley find themselves right in the mix in the PGA Tour's postseason. This week's tournament features the top 70 players in the FedEx Cup Point Standings, and both Wagner and Bradley had victories on Tour this season that helped propel them up the standings list.

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (October 21, 2011) – The 48th MGA Mixed Pinehurst Championship presented by The Landings, originally set for Thursday, September 8, is set for its rescheduled date of Tuesday, October 25, at the Forest Hill Field Club in Bloomfield, N.J. A final field of 38 teams will compete for the championship trophy. These teams consist of one man and one woman playing under the Pinehurst format.

SCARBOROUGH, N.Y. (August 24, 2011) – It was moving day at the 96th Met Open Championship sponsored by MetLife, and it lived up to its name on another picture-perfect day at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. The stage is now set for an entertaining final round of the 54-hole, stroke play championship, as 63 players survived the 36-hole cut, which came at 8-over-par 148.

Flash back to the summer of 2007. Sleepy Hollow Country Club in Scarborough, N.Y., is named the host site for the 2011 Met Open, and 10-year-old Cameron Young tells his father, David, that it is his goal to qualify and play in the championship. It’s a pretty curious statement for an elementary school student to make, but what makes the story less curious is that Cameron’s father is the head professional at the historic club that overlooks the Hudson.

Originally from the west African nation of Ghana, Gyapong now resides in White Plains, N.Y., is an avid golfer, and has been a participant in the MGA’s GOLFWORKS student intern program at Metropolis Country Club in White Plains since 2009.
