Wilson defeated Nicholas Austin of Midlothian, Va, 2 & 1. He will be joined in the Round of 16 by 13-year-old Jim Liu of Smithtown, N.Y., who dispatched Patrick Cantlay of Los Alamitos, Calif., 4 & 2.
