(April 24, 2013) - The MGA recently concluded its annual series of Spring Educational Forums which provided innovative and interactive programming for MGA Members, club leaders, and interested golfers in the Met Area. A wide range of topics were covered including the Rules of Golf, the Handicapping system, golf course maintenance, and caddying.

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (Updated April 28, 2013) - Team MGA arrived in Dublin, Ireland safely on Wednesday morning and got right to work with a round at the famed Portmarnock Golf Club. On Thursday, they were treated to a round at Royal Dublin and then a round at The Island Golf Club on Friday before heading to The European Club for the weekend.

MGA Play Days are tournament-caliber outings where you can tee it up with other MGA members at fantastic venues around the Met Area. The 2013 schedule, which was just announced, features a great mix of private and public courses in New York and New Jersey. 

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (March 29, 2013) - We made it! Spring is finally upon us, which means it's officially score posting season. All rounds played in the Met Area are now eligible to be posted for handicap purposes.

Through all the various tools the MGA provides to its members, score posting has never been easier. Here's how you can post your scores:

• The updated MGA App available on the iPhone, iPad and Android (allows players to post scores as soon as they walk off the 18th green).
