Park Named to U.S. Curtis Cup Team
ELMSFORD, N.Y. (March 13, 2014) - Annie Park of Levittown, N.Y., has been named to the eight-member team that will represent the United States in the biennial Curtis Cup Match to be played from June 6-8 at St. Louis County Club in St. Louis, Mo.
The Curtis Cup Match is an international women’s amateur competition between eight-player teams from the United States and Great Britain and Ireland. Ellen Port, a six-time USGA champion and two-time USA Curtis Cup Team member, will serve as captain of the USA Team for the 38th Match.

Park, a sophomore at USC and defending NCAA champion, is currently ranked No. 2 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings and has already notched a college victory this season. She first made headlines as a high school senior (2012) when she became the first girl to win the Nassau Boys High School championship on the Bethpage Red course.
