Registration for MGA Play Days Now Open

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (April 1, 2024) -- With the active score posting season back in the Met Area, players are looking forward to getting out to play and perhaps visit new courses this season. One way to experience new courses and meet more Met Area golfers is to participate in MGA Play Days Presented by Callaway. The first wave of dates are now open for registration, which typically fills up fast.

These playing opportunities offer a casual opportunity for MGA members to play and compete alongside fellow Met Area golfers at both public and private facilities throughout the region. Play Days are open to MGA members of all ages and abilities and offer prizes for gross and net finishes, as well as longest drive and closest to the hole competitions. Participants can often test the latest equipment from Callaway Golf and Odyssey and, on select Play Days, compete in a putting contest. Play Days often sell out quickly, with players registering through Golf Genius and again using the app during play to input scores and create a live leaderboard.

The first wave of events open for registration includes stops at Mahopac Golf Club (May 20), The Links at Union Vale (June 3), Pound Ridge Golf Club (June 25), Lake Mohawk Golf Club (July 22), and Richmond County Country Club (Sept. 9). Visit the link above to register today.
