SPRINGFIELD, N.J. (August 2, 2017) -- The 15^th Carter Cup is underway at Baltusrol Golf Club, as the area’s top junior competitors face the historic club’s Upper and Lower Courses to determine a champion in the official MGA Junior Stroke Play Championship.
