Club Agreement

This acknowledges that your club agreed to participate in the GOLFWORKS program and that you have read and understood the information regarding the program and your financial commitment.

Financial Agreement Summary:

Club Reimbursement for hours worked by your GOLFWORK intern:

1^st Year Intern – Club reimbursement 60% of salary costs, payroll tax and insurance expenses.

2^nd Year Intern – Club reimbursement 75% of salary costs, payroll tax and insurance expenses.

3^rd Year Intern –   Club reimbursement 100% of salary costs, payroll tax and insurance expenses.

GOLFWORKS interns pay rate:

1^st Year Intern – $8.50 per hour

2^nd Year Intern – $9.00 per hour

3^rd Year Intern – $9.75 per hour
