March 14, 2011 – The MGA, along with hundreds of other industry exhibitors, will be present at the final Met Area golf show of the season, the Long Island Golf Show, to be held Friday through Sunday, March 25-27.

The Long Island Golf Show is open to the public and offers everything for the beginner to advanced golfer. Exhibits will include seminars by PGA Professionals, a demonstration range, long drive contests and a putting contest. There will be equipment and instruction demonstrations by local PGA Professionals as well as educational seminars conducted by the MGA.

Headlining the show will be PGA Tour star John Daly, who will be in attendance on Saturday, March 26. On Sunday, March 27, the star of The Golf Channel’s “The Golf Fix,” and Sunningdale Country Club head professional Michael Breed will be offering tips to help improve your game.

The golf show is being held at the Suffolk County Sports and Exhibition Complex in Brentwood, N.Y. Show dates and hours are Friday, March 25 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; Saturday, March 26 from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday, March 27 from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. More information can be found by visiting their Website.
