BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. (June 29, 2026) — The afternoon wave is underway at Sleepy Hollow Country Club for the 71st Ike MGA Stroke Play Championship, with Dean Muratore of Colonial Springs holding the early clubhouse lead at 4-under.

Muratore was off to a powerful start this morning, carding five birdies on his front nine. He used two more birdies on the back to help offset his three bogeys for the day, finishing with a 4-under 66.
Darin Goldstein of Noyac and Ben Loomis of Winged Foot carded scores of 2-under 68 this morning to sit atop the leaderboard.
Three competitors finished their first round at 1-under 69: 2017 Ike champion Matt Lowe of Bethpage, Jeremy Wall of Manasquan River, and Lance Hollingshead of Trump National – Bedminster.
After the first round, the field will be cut to the low 40 and ties (and anyone within five shots of the lead) who will advance to Tuesday’s final 36 holes of the championship.
