Lauretti & Oh, Byrnes & Stilwell Prevail at North Shore

 

GLEN HEAD, N.Y. (October 17, 2022) - The 2022 George Sands Memorial Four-Ball Championship was conducted Monday at its annual host, North Shore Country Club. Both the Championship Flight and Senior Flight were comprised of Gross and Net Divisions.

Winning the Gross Division in the Championship Flight was Kevin Lauretti of Bellport Golf Club and Daniel Oh of the Eligo Club with a round of -5/66. Claiming second place on a match of cards was Michael Auerbach of Bellport Golf Club and Ryan Hom of North Hempstead Country Club with a round of -4/67.

The Gross Division in the Senior Flight was secured by Billy Byrnes of Nassau Players Club and Rodney Stilwell of Silver Lake Men's Golf Club with a score of -3/68. In second off of a match of cards was Michael Benado & Joseph Navarra of Nassau Players Club with a round of -1/70.

Net Divisions in both the Championship Flight and Senior Flight were won by Dan Goldstein & Robert Pannell of Wheatley Hills Golf Club and Dave Boccia of Huntington Country Club and Jamie Shapiro of Engineers Country Club, respectively.
