UPDATE (November 13, 2015) - For the second straight year, David Pastore has advanced to the Final Stage of Web.com Tour Qualifying School, which takes place December 10-13 at PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Pastore, the 2014 MGA Player of the Year from Greenwich, Conn., compiled rounds of 68-72-69-71 en route to his 8-under-par total to finish in a six-way tie for fourth. Pastore played out of Clubs of Kingwood - Deerwood in Kingwood, Texas, the same site from which he advanced to the finals in 2014. This performance backed up a strong showing from Pastore in the First Stage of qualifying, where he tied third at ArborLinks in Nebraska City, Neb., after firing a score of 15-under par 273.

Two final sites host Second Stage qualifying November 17-20. All players who advance to the Final Stage earn at least conditional status on the Web.com Tour for 2016.

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (November 11, 2015) – The ever-important second stage of Web.com Tour Qualifying School begins this week at three sites, with several Met Area locals seeking a trip to the finals. Three sites will conduct second stage qualifying November 10-13, while two more sites will do so November 17-20.

A trio of former MGA Player of the Year winners lead competitors in this week’s play, each competing at a different site. Cameron Wilson of Rowayton, Conn., will compete at Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville, Fla., for the second straight year. The 2009 Player of the Year tied for eighth at the site last year to advance to the finals. David Pastore, 2014 Player of the Year from Greenwich, Conn., will also visit the same site from which he advanced to the finals in 2014, playing at Clubs of Kingwood - Deerwood in Kingwood, Texas. Last year, Pastore tied 14th to grab his place in the finals. Meanwhile, Max Buckley will also tee it up in the Lone Star State, as the 2013 Player of the Year will compete at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney.

Sunny Kim, the 2004 MGA/MetLife Boys champion, is also teeing it up at Deerwood, while Brian Bartow joins his fellow Rye, N.Y., native Buckley at TPC Craig Ranch.

The finals, which have been reduced to four rounds instead of six, will take place December 10-13 on both the Champion and Fazio courses at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. All who advance to the Final Stage will earn at least conditional status on the Web.com Tour for 2016.
